

Human Resources Policies
A) Benefits: - As a fulltime employee you are eligible for Company provided Health care, Vision and
Dental insurance benefits at no cost to you, Company Pays 100% cost for you.
B) Vacation:- Employees are entitled for 15 days paid vacation plus 5 Public holidays, Employee can
carry forward up to 5 vacation next year but cannot accumulate more than 20 pay time off in a given fiscal
year. Also these PTO cannot be enchased.
C) Expense Reimbursement: - Company gives up to $5000 as a lump sum amount as a per dime
cash advance, All employees are required to submit their expense reports with actual receipts by 31’st
December of the year in which they receive this advance, Failing to submit the actual receipts will be treated
as a cash advance and will be deducted from your salary. You can claim hotel stay, Air Fair, Rental Car (up
to 5 days) plus meals during working on client site, Unless getting written authorization from your project
manager you are not suppose to submit expense report for expenses which does not come under above
mentioned categories.
D) Employment Agreement:- Employees are required to complete the bond or contract they have
made with the company, Generally Employment bond is of one year and its starts from the day you actually
start working for the company. H1B Employees should not consider that their H1B approval date is the first
day of works its just work authorization actual H1B employment starts from the day employee physically
start working at company premises. In case if employees failed to complete his/her bond then company
reserves rights to deduct all the cost paid by company the typical example of this is Training given by
company, Any relocation assistance provided company or in some cases it’s a referral or fees paid to third
party recruitment agency to hire the employee. Company will recover this cost from employee’s
final settlement.
E) Termination and/or Resignation:- Even though employment at Shreya Software Solutions LLC is at
will still before leaving the company its mandatory for all employees to give 15 days’ written Notice period
failing to do that company reserves right to deduct 15 days salary from your final settlement. Vice versa if
company terminates any employee then company is also require to give 15 days written period to
employee but company reserves rights to terminate employee on same day and pay 15 days salary as a
compensation.
F) Information security and No competency:- All employees are required to protect company
confidential and sensitive information. Also employees should not accept direct and or indirect employment
with companies clients, competitors at least 12 months from date of resignation or termination.
