need not have to interact with your business process owners specs are
enough following are the general steps we will follow to deliver the
solution .
• Functional process owner/ Super user from your organization will
have to fill our online requirement analysis form here you will be also asked
to upload requited supporting file like layout/screenshot or sample output
data file.
• Our Analysts will do the initial requirement study and would ask you
if they need more clarification on that.
• Once the requirement is finalized we will send the detail functional
specification document for signoff.
• We will also share the draft technical design with your technical team
in case if your technical folks demands for it.
• Once the solution is ready then we will ask your user to test it on our
test instance if they find it okay then we will move to next step of
deployment at your test instance.
• After approval from your business process owner we will provide
complete code, Installation instructions to your DBA team.
• All technical documentation and run book will be hand over to your
designated technical or any other resources appointed by your company.
